  • Customized / print-on-demand products are created specifically for each order.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Dripalette reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Dripalette reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference and may vary due to location, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Dripalette is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or force majeure conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

  • Refunds, once approved, are initiated within 24 hours.
