🔁 Return Policy

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Damaged product received

    • Defective product

    • Incorrect item delivered

⚠️ Customized or print-on-demand products are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.


 

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • Upon approval, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.

  • The credited amount may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


 

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


 

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products delivered from our end, shipping costs will be refunded along with the product amount.
